Presented in the form of a workshop with the horses, this dynamic formula is the perfect opportunity for the members of your organization to live an intense and inspiring experience, fully immersed in Nature! While playing various roles and having fun, you will discover new dimensions of Communication-Management!
In short, you will be participating in an enriching workshop within a healthy environment that only the horse can provide! This workshop is centered on the reinforcement of the manager’s personal and professional development as well as tailored to the specific values, the critical issues and the key objectives of your organization.
Essentially, your team mission will drive you to surpass yourself in achieving the mission which is assigned to you, in record time and according to indicated instructions. The "GRAND PRIX OF THE COMMITTED TEAM" will be given to the winning team!

Training:
No equestrian training is required to attend this workshop. In short, this workshop was designed so that everybody can take part. A team of experienced horse facilitators will accompany you throughout the course.
Our horses are calm and well trained. Moreover, The Chevauthier has a stable of varied horses, different in sizes and temperament, suited for each participant.
