A Cadre Noir de Saumur graduate, from the prestigious French National Riding School1 Diane Authier has worked with several equine breeds throughout the world. A true expert in her discipline, she is the founding CEO of The Chevauthier/Riding School 1101, launched 35 years ago, which has become one of the largest riding schools in Canada, accommodating more than 40,000 visitors yearly.

The Chevauthier offers advisory services inspired by equine mediation to stimulate team work and communication. Groups will have up to thirty horses at their disposal. The activities are carried out inside the horse dressage arena and can last half a day or an entire day.

A visionary entrepreneur, charismatic leader and mobilizing team champion, Diane Authier conceives, produces and presents in harmony with her approach of targeted professional and personal development programs, supported by personalized and individualized tools (The chronological conversation, The Horseshoe, Which type of horse are you?, At the Walk, DNA Communication), tailored for her clients. Lastly, The Chevauthier stands out as a vibrant Company, where passion, creativity and the constant desire to deliver exceptional quality, constitute the driving forces of the Team!

A dynamic speaker, highly skilled facilitator and trainer, the remarkable contribution of Diane Authier to the advancement of her discipline, her community as well as her demonstrated excellence in the communications field and the management of The Chevauthier, were recognized by Women of Merit 2005, in the "Entrepreneurship" category. In 2009, she launched the Diane Authier Fondation which offers grants to teenagers eager to pursue higher education but who lack sufficient funding. Responsible for the practical training of equine trainees, she has, on several occasions, also participated as a privileged collaborator with the Horse Veterinarian College of the University of Montreal.

Diane Authier, high-level equine trainer, speaker, educator, coach and CEO of an innovative company - "cultivated, educated by the great masters of equitation and curious about the evolution of equestrian practices"2 , based on studies and research3 on the similarities of behavior of the horse and the human being, chose nothing less, than to reinvent the multiple meanings of effective communication and management.

With this intention, Diane developed and implemented a new range of services and products aimed to develop awareness and to offer training and coaching for individuals, groups and teams. Her tailored offer of advisory and executive services is centered on the development of personal, professional and corporate leadership, team building, organizational development as well as the management of change and creativity.

Diane Authier's innovative approach is also inspired by the principles of Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning (FEEL)4. which promotes the exploration of the Way of the Horse and the connection between our horse partners and ourselves. She offers Equine Guided Development Workshops and Seminars, personalized advisory meetings complemented by integrated and practical tools made available to corporate and individual clients, thus popularizing and promoting her dynamic method.
