Diane Authier, high-level equine trainer, speaker, educator, coach and CEO of an innovative Company and Horseback Riding School 1101 - "cultivated, educated by the great masters of equitation and curious about the evolution of equestrian practices"1, based on studies and research on the similarities of behavior of the horse and the human being, chose nothing less, than to reinvent the multiplemeanings of effective communication and management..
With this intention, Diane developed and implemented a new range of services and products aimed to develop awareness and offer training and coaching for individuals, groups and teams. Its tailored offer of advisory and executive services is centered on the development of personal, professional and corporate leadership, team building, organizational development as well as the management of change and creativity.
Diane Authier's innovative approach is also inspired by the principles of Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning (FEEL)3, which promotes the exploration of the Way of the Horse and the connection between our horse partners and ourselves. She offers Equine Guided Development Workshops and Seminars, personalized advisory meetings complemented by integrated and practical tools made available to corporate and individual clients, thus popularizing and promoting her dynamic method.

Resolutely green, The Chevauthier and its CEO, Diane Authier are committed to make a difference! For more than 35 years, the Company has taken part in the green revolution, choosing green manure over artificial fertilizer!
Diane Authier is convinced that the love of horses can help to reduce the school dropout rate. Fascinated by horses, Diane shares her passion with teenagers in secondary schools, presenting her conference À dos les sens! (Riding on the back of teenagers’ senses)!
In 2009, she launched the Diane Authier Fondation which offers grants to teenagers eager to pursue higher education but who lack sufficient funding, with the Fondation communautaire du grand Québec who will hold and manage the funds. Diane has adapted her activities for special groups and is dedicated to helping various community aid and service projects. Leading training programs, mentoring and coaching, Diane has also accommodated, on her ranch, western equestrian instructor candidates, coming from as far as Perpignan, de Mesnil sur Auger and Marseille (in France), Michigan (USA) and abroad.

Diane Authier is proud of her Team including experienced equine coaches. Some of her 30 employees have worked at her side for 20 years and have grown with the Company!
A wonder team engaged, recognized and appreciated by its customers, maintaining with their environment and their clients, an eco-responsible relationship which is at the heart of the increasing success of The Chevauthier. A success made possible also by the contribution of an outstanding equine center, in the good company of a stable of 25 incomparable horses.
